Hi, I just noticed that my Versa 2 is not that accurate with the step trackers, I spent about 3 hours in the car on a bumpy road and my Versa 2 tracked about 4,000 steps. My heart rate was not moving, my arms were not moving it was just the shuttle bus that it was moving. How can I adjust the sensitivity or how do I fix it?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Lourdes2020.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Fitbit Versa 2 counted steps in the car. Thank you for providing the additional details, I appreciate your efforts. This usually happens while driving in a car with a very stiff transmission or on bumpy roads. If you want to remove the steps from your daily total, you can manually log the driving activity for the time you were in a vehicle. For more information see How do I delete steps and floors in the Fitbit app?
You can also change the wrist setting in the Fitbit app to "Dominant", it decreases the sensitivity of step counting and should reduce any over counting of steps when your body is not moving. You can change your wrist setting in the Fitbit app.

I drive a commercial truck and I am constantly putting in my logs that I was driving. It takes away any steps that I did while I was driving, normally. There is a massive bug right now the Fitbit, I hope, is trying to fix. It isn’t negating my steps while I drive and I apparently go to bed and wake up about 6 hours earlier than I actually do
