so I wake up early morning and go to look at my versa and it starts doing this crazy light show. Going from a white screen to a yellow screen to a green screen with flickering lines and sometimes the lines are red. So I go to my phone and try to sync it gets so far on the syncing then nothing. So I thought maybe charge my versa see if that helps, the light show stops after about 5 minutes and it syncs on my phone I decide to leave it charging.
anyway I fall asleep again and wake up a few hours later. Versa is back to normal, put back on my wrist not even on for 2 minutes and the light show starts I now have a solid green screen and nothing will change it.
my versa is less than 6months old, I’m on iphone, versa came up with an update the other day which I did; but does anyone have any clue what’s going on with it?

Good reporting of the problem. First step is to restart the watch
Make sure its charged properly then please restart it as described in this help article. |
If you get the chance, change the clock face to a Fitbit one, either on the watch or in the Fitbit App, if you can get it syncing ok.
Seems like this is quite a common issue. following recent updates, as it was working fine before.
In which case its probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
