Versa 2 data won't match between HR and AZM graphs

I’ve noticed a few times some differences between my zone minutes graph showing my heart rate vs the beat per minute page showing my heart rate. My most recent example was from today - screenshots below. The graph under zone mins that I was in active zone minutes at 1:11am with a heart rate of 169 bpm. I was definitely asleep at the time, so I checked the graph under BPM. Sure enough it said at 1:11am my heart rate was at 66 bpm. Which is much more realistic. With this, I’m not sure if it’s a glitch, or if I can really trust the accuracy of the zone mins. There is a small chance that the bpm page is wrong, and the graph in zone mins is correct. In which case I would see a doctor but this seems highly unlikely as I mentioned I was asleep. Any insight?

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members. @Guy_ and @LZeeW Thanks for stopping by to help our members.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and for the screenshots provided. I understand how important it's to track your heart rate details in those graphs and I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Given this situation, I've gone ahead and escalated this to our team so they can look into this. As soon as I receive more details from them, I'll update this thread.

In the meantime, please sync your Versa 2 and keep the Fitbit app updated as you've been doing so far. I appreciate your patience and rest assured your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed.

HI @StephBaum - have a look in the forums as other people have had early morning spikes too.

Have you recently done a full Shutdown from the watch Settings, About menu, as this will load a fresh copy of the operating system, and perhaps reboot the phone too. It may help.

Wait at least 10 seconds before doing anything with the watch to allow the shutdown to complete.

Hello @StephBaum and welcome to the Community.  @Guy_ is correct that other users have this issue.  But I don't think that his advice will fix it.  People see it with other devices.  I see it from time to time and I wear a Versa 3.  I have Premium, so I get a sleeping heart rate as part of the advanced analytics.  The sleeping heart rate is reported at one minute intervals -- there daily heart rate graph is averaged over five minutes and will smooth out the peaks and valleys.  I never have a spike like that it my sleeping heart rate graph.  I don't think there is any reason to be concerned.

I Just noticed the same thing. My HR shows a spike the night before last at 143bpm… the same exact bpm as yesterday afternoons max. On the zone mins, it says 1:51am I was at 143 and at 1:56am I was at 94bpm, but on my dashboard (online and on the app) my avg was 69bpm between 1:50-1:55am. I’m currently pregnant, so I know my HR has increased some, but that jump really scared me. Also, I know I looked at my zone mins yesterday morning around 9am, and that spike wasn’t there… I saw on another thread, a guy

trying to prove this was a glitch by staying up past 2am and screenshotting the zone mins… it was normal, but once he got up and moving at 11am, that spike while sleeping showed up. Very strange, but I’m leaning toward a glitch.
