I got my Versa2 a week ago as a birthdday gift. It had been working fine until yesterday's last sync at 1130 am. Post which it stopped synching. After going thru the community forums , they suggested that i delete all devices from my account and set up the device again. However, it continued to have synch problems and asked my to restart my bluetooth and do the " 10 second restart- using the left button". Now it refuses to switch on - the battery was at 98% when I started and even when i put it in the charging dock there is no response.
I keep seeing the 3 button reset trick for Versa - is there anything similar I can do to start my Versa 2?
