Versa 2 decreased steps but increased active minutes

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Started out today morning and finished around 10K steps with accurate record of 72 active minutes and synced with strava fitbit... However, after sometime, my steps were decreased to almost half of the steps i did today while the minuted increased to 1,006 minutes?
Tried to sync with my android fitbit mobile app but it won't give me the accurate display.
How could that be... appreciate any help to record accurately. thanks in advance!

Hi @FiboBibo. Welcome! It's great to have a new member around. I'm sorry for the delay.

Thanks for letting me know about your Versa 2 and your information not syncing correctly. This is unusual and let me give you a hand. Before anything else, may I know if both, your watch and the Fitbit app were updated to the latest version? Since the active minutes are based on the intensity of your exercise and heart rate data, may I know if you've been receiving accurate readings?

I'd recommend to reboot your phone, sync your watch and make sure the All-Day Sync is enabled so your data can be updated in your account. Also, please turn off the heart rate within your Versa 2's settings, restart your watch and turn back on the heart rate. This will refresh the performance of this function.

Keep me posted.
