Versa 2 deleted active zone minutes for today and yesterday

hello all. 

i updated my versa 2 today, it is the second day I’ve had it and I’ve updated it both yesterday and today as soon as it prompted, but when it updated today it deleted all my active zone minutes for today, over half of yesterday’s and bumped up my fat burn, cardio, and peak ranges to over 20pts what it is (and was yesterday). Graph for exercise is 80% yellow but underneath says zero zone minutes. i saw an unresolved post with the same issue, so I have already signed out, deleted and reinstalled the Fitbit app. Everything is up to date. I don’t care so much about restoring what’s been deleted, but I need to lower my heart rate zones back to what is accurate.
