  • Hello! I run on the treadmill for 20 minutes, then cycle for 20 minutes and then Swim for 30 minutes everyday.
  • While I'm running and cycling the watch is logging my activity and showing my heart rate and goal achievements. I sync the app to the watch and it shows up in the app as well.
  • After this I swim and when i sync, the log for the first 2 activities disappear.
  •  I have removed the watch and added it again and tried to sync, but the activity still does not show up in the app. Please help, thank you!

@BalrajGhai Anytime! There we go, that would explain why the two previous exercises are being deleted (pretty much overridden after you manually log the cycling activity).

So, since you're using SmartTrack, I'd recommend using it for your walk/job activities and when you are about to do cycling, use the Exercise app on your Versa 2 and see if the inconvenience persists. Using the Exercise app on your Versa 2 and not manually logging the activity should correct the issue. For more information, see How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?

For the activities that were deleted, you can either delete the activity you manually logged (this way you can bring back your data for the other activities) or if you remember the details about your previous actives you can manually add them. For more information, see How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?

Hi there, @BalrajGhai. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

While reading your post I was wondering if you manually log any of these 3 activities? Is this the first time you have this issue? Typically, your data will be recalculated if you manually log an activity as the manually logged activity takes precedence over the data tracked while wearing your Fitbit device at that point in time. We recommend to manually log an activity if you forgot to wear your Fitbit device or you want to record an activity that isn't detected automatically, For more information, see How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?

Hope this helps.

Hi Maria!

Thank you for the revert.

These activities are not manually logged, the walk/jog  is automatically being recognised.

Since I am cycling on a maching in the gym that activity does not get recognised, which is fair, so I see that I need to manually log that.

I saw today that the activity for both of these exercises can be seen in my Active Zone minutes.

Thanks for the revert again! Much appreciated.
