Versa 2 did not log several days of activity

Over the weekend I had well over 10,000 steps for one day and looking back at it now; it shows 0. I am missing several days of activity. Any ideas on how to get that missing information back?

Thank you for the information provided.

 

If you have connected your Fitbit account to a third party app, please make sure your Fitbit data has not been overwritten by any activity logged on their end.

 

Whether this is not the case, I would recommend restarting your Fitbit Versa 2 to prevent this situation from occurring again.

 

To add steps to your Fitbit account you can select between activities like Walking, Running or Hiking. Please go to the online Dashboard at fitbit.com > Log >Activities and click the calendar to select the date you want to add steps to.
