I've tried restarting bluetooth, my phone, reinstalling the app, shutting off the watch and turning it back on. My steps, heart rate, calories, etc. are registered but not that I "exercised" yesterday. It's driving me nuts. Does this happen often? How can I register it? If I add it manually, it will duplicate the steps, etc.

Hi there @Amanda72, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.
How do you track your exercises? Do you use the Exercise app on your Versa 2 or use SmartTrack to automatically track them? SmartTrack recognizes an exercise that lasts at least 15 minutes. If your activities aren't recognized, as recommended lower the auto-exercise recognition setting to 10 minutes.
For more information you can check the article: Which activities does my Fitbit device track automatically?
Regarding your inquiry, your steps will be recalculated if you manually log an activity as the manually logged activity takes precedence over the steps you tracked while wearing your tracker at that point in time. For example, if I am wearing my watch and walking and I reach 10,000 steps, then I manually log an activity that starts and ends at that point in time for say 1 hour, Fitbit will calculate how many steps you took and it may bring my step count to something below 10,000 steps.
Looking forward to your response.

@Amanda72 As mentioned above, you can use SmartTrack with your Versa 2 rather than using the Exercise app on your watch.
SmartTrack recognizes an exercise that lasts at least 15 minutes. If your activities aren't recognized, as recommended lower the auto-exercise recognition setting to 10 minutes. For more information you can check the article: Which activities does my Fitbit device track automatically?
We've also found out that some customers have a better experience with SmartTrack if they try wearing their tracker on a different wrist. Because SmartTrack recognizes activities based on the continuous movement of your arms, in some cases, changing the wrist that you wear your tracker on can improve activity recognition. You can also try restarting your watch and see how it performs afterwards. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Remember that if you change your wrist, you should also change your handedness setting. For more information on how wearing your tracker affects accuracy, please see the article How accurate are Fitbit trackers?
Let me know how it goes.
