Versa 2 didn't track my GPS while biking

I’ve been on a 2 and half hour bike ride and my versa or the Fitbit app hasn’t tracked my GPS?

Hi there, @Debrahoward65. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

 

Please bear in mind that if the GPS signal is lost during the exercise, a map might not appear in the Fitbit app. If you're having issues with the GPS connection, see Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?

Did you go into your Fitbit tracker, slide over to the exercise screen and choose bike ?  I noticed that after the fact too 😉
