My Versa 2 started buzzing like crazy, then died. I put it in the charger and it just gets very hot. It will not turn on and is no longer transmitting Bluetooth. I just bought it in October. How do I get it replaced?

Hi, I am having a similar issue. Versa 2 went black this morning. If I put on the charger, gets warm.

The same thing happened to me today. Less than 2 years owning it. My wife had the same problem with hers within one year of owning it. they replaced hers since it was inside of the 1-year warranty. These devices are inaccurate and completely unreliable. My family is done with Fitbit at this point. What a disappointment.

My Versa 2 also went black after swimming. It's also under two years old! I contacted customer support and followed through with all the suggestions.

I was told that a higher up person would be emailing me but I have not heard from anyone.  This is my third Fitbit and I'm sorry to say I think I'm done with the product. About 10 months ago it started giving me way too many floors, but I put up with that issue.

Very disappointing!

My original Fitbit died shortly after warranty expired. I **ahem**ed to customer service and they offered me a lame discount on a new one. I went for a Charge 3. Used it for a while, then after an “upgrade” the display stopped working. It still works, just no display. Now the other day my wife’s Versa got crazy hot and died. I’m done too. Yes, they lived past their warranty period, but at $250 a year, this is not good value. Bye bye Fitbit, we tried

I agree!! Fitbit does not back up their product.  They sent a Firmware update and once it downloaded my Versa 2 just went black wouldn't turn on. I tried all the troubleshooting and nothing.  When I contacted Fitbit customer service they advised me to buy a new one.  They send the update that kills your watch and then advise you to buy a new one.  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! AND THEY DON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILTY FOR THE DAMAGE THEIR UPDATES DO TO OUR WATCHES.   I will never buy from them ever again!!  I have never been so disappointed...
