Versa 2 died and won’t restart

Hi my Fitbit versa 2 that I got about 8 months ago stopped working all of a sudden on a hike today. It had 50% battery when we started the hike but now it’s black and won’t turn back on, even after plugging it into the charger for 30 minutes. Ive tried holding down the left button for 10 seconds and nothing. How do I get it to restart? Or how do I get a replacement?

Same happened here!

Got mine two weeks ago, went on a hike yesrerday with 70% battery. Everything was fine when I went to sleep. And then I woke up in the middle of the night and nothing! Went completely black, charging doesn't help, holding the left button either!

The same thing just happened to me. I was hiking and then it stopped. 75 percent charged. I turned it on a couple of times by holding the button down for 10 seconds. But that only worked twice. Then is just stopped and it won't turn on. How do I get a replacement? Or how do you fix this?

This has just happened to me. Had mine about 5 months and just been on a walk with dog and checked my steps and the screen is blank ,I have put it on charge and still blank,no matter what I do it will not come on,and I have checked blue tooth all ok.Dont know what to do now.

Just checked on mine on the charger and it is Fully charged and everything back to normal,must have been a blip somewhere.

Was it connected with the app? Mine is at home still not working.
