My 16 months old.Versa 2 just stopped working. Is there anything I can do? I am not impressed with the product. Is the Versa 3 is better quality?

Hi @Cdmski77  normally the Versa 2 is the better.

 

How did it stop? Is it charging? If it gets hot while charging stop immediately it may have got water in it.

It stopped working after a quick swim. So i guess it is water damaged. The
battery was 75% charged and everything was working well before gettingbin
the pool.

@Cdmski77  - don't charge it, put it in a bag of rice for a week, it may work partially after.

 

If it's under warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on country law, the quickest way to resolve this is to take it back to where you bought it for replacement.

Thank you, in canada it's 1 year warranty so I will probably get a new one
and never put it in water again.
