Versa 2 difficulties with sleep and heart-rate readings

I have been disappointed with my Versa 2 and the superior I have received since upgrading.  It does not track sleep accurately or consistently.  Often does not track heart rate consistently.  I have reset, but I ended up needing to do it every couple of days.

There are some factors that can affect the heart-rate readings on your watch. If you haven't done it already, I would recommend following these tips.

 

Regarding the sleep issues, please visit this article, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.
