My Versa 2 was working well, no issues syncing until I set up my daughters Inspire HR through the same app. I’ve since deleted the Inspire from my phone and have it set up to sync with my work phone, but my Versa has disappeared from the Fitbit app.
I’ve tried
* forced quitting the app and reopening
* deleting the app and reinstalling
* rebooting the Versa several times
* restarting my phone
* forgetting the Versa on my Bluetooth list
* turning off Bluetooth for 10 seconds
* ensuring no other Bluetooth devices are anywhere near the Versa while trying
Nothing has worked and I’d really love to get my Versa paired with my phone again! Please help!

As you can't have both a Versa 2 and an Inspire connected to your account at the same time (see: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1715.htm ), when you added the Inspire it would have replaced the Versa 2, disconnecting it from your account. So, you'll need to go through the setup process again to reconnect it.
In the app, go into your account settings by selecting your profile image at the top left and then select "set up a device".

I did already try your suggestion prior to asking for help here, but my phone cannot find the Versa in the setup process.
Do you have any other suggestions for me to try? It’s very frustrating!

I think you have tried all the usual fixes to connection problems. If you don't get an answer here you might try customer support. Perhaps they can see the issue from the server side. You can get them via contact.fitbit.com
