I have encountered black and blue marks on my arm where I use the watch.  The issue in my arm is exactly where the watches light rubs against my skin.  Every time I use it I get the black and blue and sometimes they bleed.  Why is this????

I’m not sure which Fitbit model you have. Your currently posting your question under the Versa 4 which has only taken preorders at this time. Despite that you should stop wearing whichever Fitbit tracker your using immediately if your experiencing such a reaction.


I would suggest calling Fitbit Customer Service and discuss your concerns with them: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

 

I’m sure they will be able to sort this out for you. I hope this helps answer your question
