Versa 2 disconnected and showing Fitbit icon

Hi,

literally just got a versa 2. It was all charged and set up. 10 minutes after, it displayed Fitbit icon and won’t go away. On my app, keeps saying looking. I’ve tried to reset it even deleted versa 2 from Fitbit app and now can’t reconnect anything. Help it’s brand new from today

Hi,
I have iPhone XS. iOS 13.3. It came back normal and now gone again with just showing Fitbit icon. On my app keeps saying looking but won’t connect
