Not happy the screen is Green, when I press the button it goes fuzzy and Green but can see the time.
Anyone else have the same issue or know what to do?

My clock face kept switching from one screen to the next. So I changed faces and it worked a few days and then went to the green screen. Now no matter what I do it is still green. I have tried all steps here but the bag of rice. Is this watch expected to die every year? I like FITBIT but for the cost of a new watch every year Apple may be an option?

So annoying and disappointing. I am looking at alternatives already because I see from the comments that pretty much all models have that bug.

Mine kicked the can also, so much money for a bad item, was offered a discount to purchase... this time ill try other brands.

I’m having the same problem except my fit bit won’t turn on or off. It was fully charged, got to work and it started making a green screen with a purple line through it. It did go away the first time but now my watch is completely black and not responding to anything /: I use this for timers for lab work and routine checks I’m a nurse this watch is my lively hood.

Please can you assist me, my versa 2 screen keeps on flashing green, the clock face has frozen but also almost like pixelated. I have tried pressing the button on the side but it wont go off or restart. The watch is out of warranty how do we fix this. The watch charges and the green light sometimes comes on and off. I don't have R4000 for another watch.

Estoy exactamente en la misma situación, aun no cumple 2 años y ya no se puede arreglar de ninguna forma, pantalla verde, se calienta, no se puede entrar a configurar.

I have tried turn off my screen but it is green and frozen. Any other tips please ?

Nothing at all will fix this problem and I'm pissed this was a lot of money.

Try hold the button till the Fitbit icon comes back on. Mine is working again so hopefully problem is fixed. Good luck
Hello, I have tried to reboot my watch and it worked for about 1 week and now it is green again and can’t use it. Now can’t reboot. Not happy with 1 month before warranty runs out. Can somebody please contact me to discuss and the website is sending me to different links but not letting me log a complaint. Thank you

MINE IS THE SAME I HAVE TRUED IT ALL CANNOT FIX IT,IM PISSED HAVENT HAD IT FOR EVEN A YEAR AND A HALF.
I HAD AN APPLE WATCH FOR A LONG TIME SWITCHED PHONES SO GAVE MY APPLE WATCH TO MY GRANDSON (OLDER ..HES STILL USING IT AND IM OUT OF LUCK.
I WILL NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN.

so glad I am not the only one having trouble with “the green screen” this latest Fitbit was purchased July 7th and quite frankly since Fitbit was purchased by google the customer service level is non existent. I have been a user of Fitbit since may 2014 - switching to apple today

Mine had 1 month warranty left. I returned it with a full refund. Try get a refund back if it’s that new
