My fitbit versa 2 is like maybe two months old and the screen randomly goes black. I had the same problem with my versa 1 and it had to be replaced in order for it to work correctly. Then it lasted maybe two years and I was happy with that. Is there a diagnosis for this behavior or do I have a defective product?

This is now happening again and I have tried everything to get it to come on. It will for seconds randomly when I'm fighting with it. This time I dont see it working again.
