My fitbit versa 2 is like maybe two months old and the screen randomly goes black. I had the same problem with my versa 1 and it had to be replaced in order for it to work correctly. Then it lasted maybe two years and I was happy with that. Is there a diagnosis for this behavior or do I have a defective product?

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please restart your Versa 2 and let me know if the issue persists.

This is now happening again and I have tried everything to get it to come on. It will for seconds randomly when I'm fighting with it. This time I dont see it working again.
