Hello,

A couple of days ago I noticed that the display on my Versa 2 had dimmed considerably, then yesterday the display had started flickering and flashing to a blank white screen or with white lines flickering across. I’ve tried resetting the watch AND changing the clock face but nothing has helped resolve the issue. Could someone help? Many thanks!

Hello!
Randomly, mine fixed itself overnight a couple of weeks ago, I’ve no idea how it sorted itself but have had no problems since then! Sorry I can’t be more helpful

This is due to moisture in your Fitbit. I also faced this problem. Solution is simple but out of normal solutions. First shut off your Fitbit. Take a bowl. Fill it with raw rice. Insert your Fitbit in it for at least 24 hours. Raw rice will absorb all the moisture and your problem is solved. It really works . try it.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @SusanBeau@PraKuBaj and thanks for getting back to us @TomO89. I'm sorry to hear about your Versa 2 display.

@TomO89, I'm glad to hear that your watch fixed by itself and it's working properly.

@SusanBeau, Try restarting your watch by pressing the button for 10 seconds.

@PraKuBaj, Thank you for your advise.

Mine has started doing this as well. It just flickers black and white, like an old TV with no signal. I have tried re-charging, re-setting and changing the clock face but it’s still doing it.

I have the same issue from yesterday. I've reset my watch. I've changed the clock. But the issue hasn't been solved.

I've had the same problem off and on for a week.  My battery used to last several days but after a recent update the problem started and the battery only lasts one day before I need to recharge it.

My daughter has the same problem with her watch. Restarting didn’t make any difference unfortunately.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @mlevans71@Gvor. I'm sorry to hear about your Versa 2 display and thank you for letting us know about the steps you have followed.

Please confirm that you have tried restarting your watch and changing the clock face with the instructions of my previous posts.

@mlevans71, Make sure to turn off Always On Display in order to make your watch's battery last more time.

Same problems as others. Flickering screen. Reboot helps for about an hour. Synced, but still flickers. Updated firmware, still flickering. Any other ideas?

Mine has been flickering for weeks now some days it ok. Some days I can't see the clock face at all it's flickering. I wondering if it can be fixed or under warranty

I love my watch and couldn't really afford a new one.
