Versa 2 display is blue/white

I awoke to my Versa 2 screen flashing and is all blue/white. It did sync but there is no info on the screen  just full screen flashing.

Help !!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To fix the display issue of your Versa 2, please follow the next steps to perform a restart process and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition and Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
