Versa 2 display is dim and blurry

Hi all,

I bought my versa 2 on Lazada Singapore. And now the screen is getting dims and blurs after I have been using for 3 months. I wish to check can I claim this under warranty? If yes, what should I do next. Thank you.

Hi @AshleyHoo - just in case it's a simple issue, try pulling down on the watch face once [as if to get notifications] and pull down again and click on the 2 white bars to get to Quick Settings and disable sleep.

You will then be able to adjust the brightness in the watch Settings.

 

That may help.
