My Versa display is really bad. I have reset and long reset it, I have changed clock face and check the brightness etc. nothing is working it’s really hard to read the display

Hi @Rudeboy11 - if the display is just dim the watch may be in sleep mode.
Long press the button (or swipe down the watch face once and then again and tap the 2 white bars) to get to Quick Settings and turn off sleep mode.
If you held the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start and it is not in sleep mode and it is still an issue the watch may have a fault.
You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

Thanks but I have tried all that too. I think there is a fault in the display
