Hi all,
My versa had been becoming quite awkward to use the touch screen (slow and eventually unresponsive). Then all of a sudden the screen is now black. I have tried the restart and changing clock face settings. However the screen is still black.
The heart monitoring light is still visible, it still vibrates for messages etc. But the screen is unresponsive to movement and the manual buttons.
How can I fix outside of the restart ( hold the left button for approx 15 seconds)

I have had the initial contact from fitbit. However I have not been able to purchase a new item and I've sent 2 emails across to the team.
