Versa 2 display is only showing the time nothing else

The only thing that shows on my Versa is the time without a colon. The button on the side of my watch does nothing. As well as touching the screen. My Versa still calculates steps because it syncs to my phone. Any idea how to get my Versa to display other things?

You can try making the watch respond by

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Scroll to Quick view and turn it on,

Press on the sync circle to force the change.

Then raise your arm and twist your wrist to look at the time

The display on the watch should change.

Test also if it responds to a swipe from right edge to the left and post back the result.
