My versa 2, shows many vertical lines, washed out colours and then fades to black. Actually fades from top to bottom, to black.
After which I have to do a reset, the logo shows and that faded with colours lines.
The device was fine yesterday, it's only a couple of months old.
What should I do to get support?

My background has a brown ring around it. I csn see all the text and clock but the background color is not black only in the center is black.

My fitbit versa 2 screen is solid grey. It started intermittently going grey last month. I've had it for over a year so its out of warranty. About a month ago it would go grey about every other charge. I changed the clock face. Tried resetting it to factory settings. Tried restarting it multiple times. Now about 2 weeks ago it just went grey and won't come back at all. The green lights are still working and it vibrates like its responding to touch. However I can't see anything!

@Rere1981, thanks for sharing detailed information about your watch. Since your post didn't mention, I'd recommend to change the clock face from the Fitbit app as described here. Then try restarting it to refresh its performance and let me know the outcome.
