My Versa Lite 2 has done this before and I got it replaced. But now it has done it again! The screen starts to get this while frame around it then eventually the screen goes blank. When I pressed the power button to shut down it doesn't. The screen will light but nothing happens. It doesn't count my steps, it no longer syncs. Even when I out it on the charger it doesn't respond
