My Fitbit versa screen suddenly went black. I tried restarting it several times and nothing. I cannot factory reset it because I cant see anything in the screen.
It is just over a year old and has zero damage, not a scratch on it, so I am confused as to why it just suddenly does nothing after an update?
The app is still recording my steps, etc.
