Versa 2 display not turning on

I have purchased a Versa 2 Lite 9 months before at Kohls store.  This afternoon the screen went black. Looks like it is vibrating. But it is completely blacked out. I am sure it has at least 70% charged.

How to Replace / Get this issue fixed.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Versa 2 following the next steps and let me know id the display issue persists:

  1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

Hi Ricardo,

 

I have dont have the Back Button for my versa 2. There is a Side Button and this is the ONLY button I see. I pressed it for 10 sec. I see a thin bright line appearing across the screen for few secs. After that its Black again.
