Versa 2 display not working after firmware update

After the recent firmware, my Versa 2 is no longer displaying. Immediately after it displayed intermittently (about 20% of time) but now only getting blackscreen or red & yellow lines. Still syncing. Have tried all resets & changing the clock face, as per forums, but no joy. Its only 1.5 years old. Any help appreciated
