Versa 2 display won't respond

My versa 2 is fully charged and will not work when I push the buttons

A Versa 2 only has 1 button. Are you sure its a Versa 2?

 

Try holding in the button for 20 to 30 seconds. It should reboot while you are holding it and when it gets to the Fitbit logo, let go of the button. 

 

Does your phone show connected to the watch? If so try changing the watch face.
