I know I'm not alone as I see many have had this issue but I was not sure the best way to get assistance. My FB V2 screen is essentially non-functional (beyond home) and when it does work it is halting and or locks up. Any assistance is much appreciated. Great product but durability seems to be an inherent issue.

Hi @Dewayne_Delawar,
Hold the button on the left down for about 10 seconds, this will cause the Fitbit to in essence restart itself. You won't lose any progress you may have made during the day by doing this.

Thanks- I've restarted several times and there has been no change other than the steady decline to non-functionality. Appreciate your input though.
