My Versa 2, that I have had since the end of September, has been freezing up the last few days. Sometimes when I push the button or move my wrist, it won't even turn on the display. Then on the rare occasion it does turn on, it won't let me swipe screens or select icons. I have tried both soft and hard restarts, neither have fixed the issue. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

@EmilyBeulah, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the display issues that your Versa is experiencing, I appreciate the time spent troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
If you haven't contacted our Support team as @SunsetRunner advised, I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. After this, check out if your Versa's display works properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

My versa 2 won't turn on unless I place it in the charger or do a soft reset. I can't do a hard reset because the touch screen doesn't work. I also tried to change the watch face to a fitbit one and that didn't work either.

This is my second Fitbit to have this problem, the first was an Ionic and now a Versa 2.
My Versa 2 will take a charge even after I had cleaned the contacts and got a new charger. This is frustrating and FitBit customer services are not helping solve the problem.
I have done all the recommended steps and still not working.. this watch is only a few months old. Please find out what is happening and send us a solution.

same thing just happened to mine! I can't do any of the things suggested because it will absolutely not respond to touch or pressing the side button. It was on 71% and I was on a walk and it just ... died. It's using the stock digital clock that came with the fitbit and the only thing I've recently added is fitbit coach last night. Help! Thanks

Hi Allison,
You're going to have to contact support and request a new watch.. This is a 2 to 3 week process, that is you need to send it to them, they need to make a determination, and then another week to send you a new one..
While waiting for ye replacement watch (10 shipping days from Indiana to California) I have been looking at other manufactures.. There are many other fitness tracker out there that have all the same features of the Versa 2 for a third the cost..
