Screen on versa 2 went black while I was asleep. It hasn't been damp or dropped etc. It was able to sync my sleep. The alarm on it went off to wake me up and i was able to turn the alarm off (while half asleep still so I didnt see there was no face)
I have tried to reboot. It didn't resolve anything.
I tried changing the clock face, also didnt resolve anything.
Someone please help! 😔 I use my Versa 2 daily. 💔💔

You guys had me send my watch to you. You "Fixed" it. But today I took it off the charger after a shower and the screen went black AGAIN. For the cost of these watches and the aggravation of the bugs you need to figure this out bc this is BS.
