My fitbit versa 2 is showing black screen, the green light is on on the back but the screen is black. Holding down the button is no help, it's not stuck or anything. Any ideas on how to fix, ive purchased this about 9mos ago.....help.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. Since the heart rate sensors of your Versa 2 are still flashing, meaning that the issue is with the display itself, I recommend you to restart your device and let me know if the issue persists.
