Versa 2 display won't turn on

I dropped my versa face down, it wasn't a high enough fall to do any damage I though but the screen went black. It still syncs and vibrates and the green light on the black still flashes but the screen stays black and hasn't changed since I dropped it, is there anything i can do to fix it?

Please and thank you for the help!

Hi @KatharineWright, welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared, I'm sorry to know that your Versa 2 suffered accidental physical damage. Because your device is still tracking information but the display is not turning on as it should, I recommend you to try our restart process following the next steps:

  1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

I'll be here if further assistance is needed.
