Hello All,
My Versa 2 is showing blank black screen. I tried all possible solutions provided in the internet like charging it overnight, cleaning the charging ports, using different USB ports while charging, multiple pressing on the let button, long press left button for more than a minute, etc.. but it is still dead. When ever I do the long press, some sort of vibration comes quite often but no logo or any light on the screen. Any help?

Hello,
The Heart rate sensor was flashing yesterday., but now even that is not showing up. It is completely dead now. Need your help.
