So frustrated. Two days ago my screen kept going black and not responding. The tracker did continue to track but display was unavailable. It corrected with a long restart but within the hour was back to black!
went through live chat this am, they had me factory reset. Now it’s even WORSE! Randomly vibrates and then goes black every few minutes since factory reset an hour ago. Best part they gave me a case number to follow up if it continues and guess what, the live chat page is now unavailable!
this is my 4 Fitbit device in 6 years, you think I would learn at this point!
