Versa 2 display won't turn on

My Versa 2 screen was on this morning when my alarm went off. But since I got out of bed this morning the screen is blank. It still tracks my steps and such, and still vibrates to alert me of notifications. When I received a phone call, I was still able to touch the watch to answer the call and it worked. I have tried to restart the watch a couple of times now but the screen is still blank. Are there any other options?

I have exactly the same problem like swolowitz.

My fitbit keeps giving notifications and tracks my steps. This morning it worked, but in the afternoon my screen went blank.

I´ve Just tried to connect it to the charger, but there is no change.

A couple of weeks ago I had the exact same white screen, but then i was able to reset it by hilding the button. This time that doesn´t work.

Hello @swolowitz and @Revinho, welcome to the Community Forums.

@swolowitz Thanks for bringing this to our and for the details that were shared on your post. Since restarting your Versa 2 didn't solve the problem, I recommend you to change its clock face following the steps that are specified on: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

@Revinho your effort troubleshooting your device before posting over here is appreciated. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation.

I'll be around.

same issue,on my wifes versa 2.  tried changing clock face, no difference.  Screen is still blank.  Tried holding side button down for 5 to 10 seconds, no change, display is still blank.  Fitbit vibrates if push side button in momentarily, and occasionally will see a couple pixels on display flash for a brief moment.  Help!!!!!
