Hi! I have a FitBit Versa 2 - I've had it for a couple of months and all has been fine. However, I noticed that for the past couple of days, my Exercise page has become blank (despite having done and tracked workouts and the home page shows I've completed 3 workouts this week) - all previous data has gone. All of my sleep data has also gone.
I've just spotted that when I pull down the the screen to refresh and sync, it says Blaze and it also says this when I go to the Account page. I definitely have a Versa 2 and not a Blaze!
I'm a little hesitant to delete the app and reinstall in case I lose all data.
Can you help?
