My fitbit versa 2 was displaying the wrong time so i attepted to reset it. It didnt work and it know only displaying the data not cleared, sync and try again message. The watch will not connect to my phone at all and wont even come up in my bluetooth in settings. Please help!

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. In case the issue persists, please contact them with the reference number they provided and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
