Versa 2 displays "--" instead of numbers for my activity readings

Hi, where my display should announce numbers for HR, steps, active minutes, SPO2 (incl. goals) it only says "--". Time and date work accurately however, and the Versa counts and syncs with my app perfectly.

I have updated my app through the app store, have restarted my phone, have switched the Versa off & on again, also pressed the button on the left of my watch to reset the Versa - nothing has helped so far.

 

Hope someone can help me here?

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Confirm the steps to restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Change a clock face to Fitbit designed: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
