I'm having this issue where my fitbit Versa 2 just shows the flashing logo. Holding the power button to do a reset does nothing. My fitbit is completely unresponsive. Before it started flashing the logo it would say "data not cleared try and sync again". It also won't connect to bluetooth. I have tried my phone and tablet. I have turned off bluetooth, turned it back on, reset phone and tablet... basically everything I have read about I have tried and nothing.
My fitbit worked perfectly before this and all of a sudden it started acting weird. I'm really disappointed I've only had it for 5 months.
Does anyone have an idea as to what is going on with my Fitbit?

Just called fitbit this morning and it seems like nothing can be done for the issue. The 1 year warranty covered a replacement.

I had the same thing happen to me today.... Got mine for Christmas 2019. Apparently, it's a well known issue.

Hello Team, is this a USE and Through product?? Hadn’t expected such a helpless response or service from Fitbit Since this is not under warranty i have the only option to through fitbit product in dustbin its hardly 1 year and 3 months since i had buy this product at 21K INR and now i am completely helpless

Hi, Maybe you could try removing the device from the app then try to add it back (while it’s plugged to your computer) then wait for a little while, when the app tries to connect to your vista, the app may tell you that your battery is low. after 10minutes mine went back to normal so I don’t know what happened. I had the same issue, I tried press/hold with no success, so maybe this could help. Im French so sorry if my explanation wasn 100%clear. After the app managed to connect with the device, the setup went on, but further on, when asked to add my wifi info I skipped cause I feared the update might be responsible for flashing logo in the first place. I hope that makes sense. It’s only been 45minutes since my mom’s versa 2 went back to normal, i cant call myself a winner yet
