Versa 2 displays the Fitbit logo

Hello Marre,

 

I wil try to tell the problem in Englisch, i hope you wil understand the problem.

Sinds last night my fitbit versa 2 shows a batterylogo in red with an exclamation mark. But the battery can't be low because i charged it two days ago. And shows 88. The light at the back doesn't work eigther. 

I already tried different things, like clean and shut down the app and deleted the app and dowloaded it again also with and bluetooth. 

The whole day the logo of fitbit appears and go's away. The synchronization keeps on going, it seems like the connection isn't there. 

I also tried to conect the fitbit to my laptop, then i hear a sound of connetion and then a sound that it falls away. 

What can i do..? Please help me. 

If i do the watch in the charger nothing happens.

I already tried to restart my fitbit by pressing the button on de side for 10 sec. But earlier today the logo apears and goes away for several hours in a row. On and then off, on and then off enz. enz.. Nothing happend.  And in the app there is a circle that keeps running. 
I really want to speak of chat with someone who can help me, but i can't call the number and when i try to begin a chat conversation i don't  

get a keyboard of space where i can type. So what can i do now?

When i press the button on the side now the red battery with the sign appears again, so maybe the battery is low now, but when i put it in a charger it doesn't makes a connection so i can't charge it.

Hi Danielle, you can find support in Dutch by calling 085 208 4132 (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) in the Netherlands. I have done so myself and they where very helpfull. Chat is also an option but this works best using a laptop or PC.
