Versa 2 distance circle graphic not accurate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Starting a couple of days ago the circle graphic for distance on my Versa 2 is not accurate.  Right now it shows I've walked 4.36 miles of my 5 mile goal but the graphic shows the circle as just a little more than half completed. Screenshots attached. The same is shown on the fitbit itself. I've tried restarting the fitbit and changing and restoring the goal but no change. The only thing I haven't tried is a factory reset.  Thought I would post here before trying that as I'm not sure what I will lose in that process.

I believe this is a known iOS issue. How are these circles on your Versa 2.

Thanks for the response.  First, I should have mentioned I'm using the Android app. Second, the circle graphic is also wrong on the Versa 2.  I believe the numerical distance is correct but the graphic is wrong. This started on Friday and I do have the latest software on my Versa 2.

Being at home with not very nice weather, I haven't paid attention to these circles but have noticed threads on this for at least 2 weeks. Search for circle, something should come up,, it I know their was talk of it being fixed on one of the platforms last week.
