Hi all.I

had an ionic for nearly 2 years, as it started to get a bit tired and the screendidn't like working properly I decided to treat myself to the versa 2.

Unless I have it so tight my hand starts going purple the heart rate pick up is flakey as hell.

I never had this problem with the ionic.

Any ideas?

I can't get an accurate heart rate, it's 20bpm above normal when going about my day and 84 bpm when exercising. Tried all trouble shooting but nothing works. 

 

Spend my workouts adjusting the strap or position just to get it to register. 

 

Product is registering 1/2 calorie burn and active minutes because of this, regret upgrading.
