I have had my Versa 2 for less than a year and accept that when I am not actively working out, it poorly tracks my steps. Now, it is also struggling to accurately track my distance during walks. I walk the same path, but lately, it is showing a much shorter distance, despite being connected to GPS. My husband walks with me, and his Garmin is able to accurately monitor the distance. By the end of our walks, my Versa shows a distance of .3 less than him consistently. I have read Fitbit's responses with the calculations for steps and stride length. However, if a GPS is used, that should be irrelevant. My pace also jumps around erratically. It will go from 75 to 15 mph the whole time. I have turned off/on Bluetooth, reset the Fitbit, and nothing works. Please advise.
