Versa 2 does not appear in the "Which Fitbit tracker are you setting up?" screen

Trying to set up my versa 2 watch on my MAC using the app and when I get the screen:

"Which Fitbit tracker are you setting up?"

All watches appear except the versa 2.

What next? Help!
