Versa 2 does not pair with Samsung Galaxy (2017) A5

Just got new Versa 2 and tried to pair with Samsung Galaxy (2017) A5, but it is not possible. I tired to read relevant topics, but there is nothing written about how to solve this problem. Does someone has same probem? How to fix it?

Hi @Heikik your phone is not on the Supported Devices List  but that doesnt necessarily mean it wont work. Have you managed to set up your tracler yet? If not, try THIS  Help article on Set Up issues. Also try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems.

Hello @Heikik what do you mean by try to pair? You say that you can't, and it can not be done.

Did you get any error message that we should no about? Maybe "Pair rejected by Versa 2"?

Have you followed the setup instructions? At what step does the setup process fail and is there an error message?
