Versa 2 does not record ounces of water correctly

First question: is there a proper bug reporting procedure? Or are we supposed to contact support and/or post here and hope that the bug is recorded somewhere?

 

I added water using my Versa 2. I input 12 oz. It was recorded as 0.41 oz both on the watch and in the app.

This is happening with my Versa1 as well. SUPER annoying. Takes away my ability to track my water...

Oh nice! I just got this an it installed a bunch of updates when I first set it up, but maybe not the latest? Can't figure out how to check for new updates. I'll look into it tho. Thanks!
